As a
BARTENDER or SENIOR Bartender (m/f/d) on board one of the world's largest cruise companies, you will embark on a new adventure.


You will mix the best cocktails and drinks from around the world for your guests, with passion, on the high seas.


Your Mission:


  • Preparation and service of all bar drinks according to established standards in the work area
  • Receiving and checking deliveries in the bar area
  • Conducting inventories in the responsible area
  • Supervising, scheduling, training and mentoring subordinate or equivalent employees, with appropriate documentation as needed
  • Close collaboration with the direct supervisor with regular reporting
  • Responsibility for the smooth operation of the work area and prompt handling of disruptions or conflicts
  • In exceptional cases, flexible deployment in other service areas

Your Talents on Board:


  • Several years of experience as a Bar Manager or Assistant Bar Manager, preferably on a cruise ship
  • Leadership qualities, assertiveness, flexibility and organizational skills
  • Excellent knowledge of bartending, including related calculations
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office, FIDELIO MMS, Rescom cash system or similar systems)
  • Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
  • Friendly demeanor and warmth
  • STCW safety certificate ideally available
