Your tasks:

Currently, we are looking for dispatchers in inventory management.

In this role, the following tasks await you:

  • Inventory and procurement planning in cooperation/coordination with technical departments, purchasing, and warehouses
  • Production assurance by ensuring timely and quantitybased material supply
  • Optimization of inventory while ensuring supply to lignite operations (openpit mines, power plants, refinement) and costeffective procurement
  • Close communication by phone, and also through onsite visits with technical departments

Your profile:


  • Formal requirements (not a must, but a plus: experience in warehousing, experience with inventory material or maintenance)
  • Technical requirements (proficient in Windows 10 and Microsoft Office, especially Excel, not a must but a plus: experience in SAP in the MM-Log module)
  • Methodological competencies (e.g. analytical thinking, negotiation skills, communication skills)
  • Social/personal competencies (reliability, honesty, independence, trustworthiness, confident demeanor, team player, empathy, helpfulness)
