    As the Offer and Deal Lead, your main responsibility will be to develop and promote EV charging solutions to OEMs, fleets, and other partners to enhance the use of our growing charging station network in the US.

    You will play a vital role in identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities as we plan to invest over $1 billion in our US EV charging infrastructure.

    To excel in this role, you must possess a strong business acumen, a proactive mindset, and a determination to excel. Your focus will be on fostering lasting commercial relationships that align with our commitment to deploy a minimum of 100,000 charging points globally by 2030.

    Key Accountabilities:
    • Drive offer development, partner engagement, business case development, negotiation, and approvals, and implementation of commercial opportunities to achieve network utilization and margin targets, and drive long-term value for bp
    • Create customer/partner offers, establish key negotiation parameters, and define deal structures
    • Build business cases for approval by the investment committee
    • Formulate and negotiate agreements with external parties
    • Ensure successful implementation and activation of commercial opportunities leading to successful outcomes

    Essential Experience and Job Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
    • 7+ years of commercial/sales experience
    • Proven track record in developing and negotiating commercial offers
    • Capability to establish and maintain robust relationships with external partners
    • Ability to thrive in dynamic and fast-paced environments
    Desirable criteria:

    Experience in the EV charging sector


    Compensation: The base salary for this position ranges from $130,000 to $242,000. Please note that this range is an estimate at the time of posting.

    Expect up to 50% travel for this role
