Your responsibilities:
- You will support the Product Owner in analyzing requirements with the various departments from a technical perspective
- You will ensure that "complex" features are conceptualized, documented (in Confluence), validated by other Lead Developers, and shared with all team members and the department head
- You will ensure that the solutions developed by the team follow Spryker architecture and concepts
- You will guide the team in programming software using relevant "Design Patterns" "SOLID" and "clean" in the Spryker context. This includes pair programming with team members and regular code reviews.
- You will ensure that the functionality of the software developed by the team is secured through meaningful, automated tests
- Together with the other Lead Developers and the team, you will continuously review and question our system and software architecture with the goal of improving it
- Through "TechTalks" held or organized by you, you will close knowledge gaps for team members and develop collective expertise within the team as needed
