Universal Talent Development & Inclusion (UTD&I) delivers workforce talent strategies across the NBCUniversal Studio Group portfolio as well as Film production crews with the purpose of access and elevating the skills and capabilities of people, while fostering an inclusive work environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support including management of logisticsheavy complex schedule and coordinating a high volume of meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage and organize heavy global travel schedule and reconcile associated T&E expenses
  • Research and compile preparation material ahead of all scheduled meetings.
  • Organize, execute, and assist with team activities and events (e.g., prep materials, meeting agendas, logistics, postmortem minutes, etc.).
  • Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience assisting at the executive level
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel, and OneNote) and FileMaker

Additional Requirements:


  • Must be willing to work in Universal City, CA
  • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week

Salary Range:
$47,500 - $60,000.
