Job Description/Key Responsibilities:

The AllPro Cleaning Crew Lead is a seasonal role at The Saratoga Race Course running from June until the beginning of September.

The Crew Lead would be responsible to assist in ensuring the cleaning operations of the Saratoga Race Course facility is cleaned satisfactorily in accordance with the required specifications.

The Crew Lead is responsible to direct employees on their team to help ensure efficiency and productivity. The Team Lead will be responsible in training new employees in cleaning procedures and on specific equipment and tasks. The Crew Lead will work with their crews to complete the necessary cleaning tasks in their assigned section.

This is a fast-paced job that requires attention to detail and the ability to track and coordinate many tasks and projects simultaneously and to assist in controlling labor hours.

The Crew Lead must be knowledgeable of all the on-site services we provide and can explain them to our valued employees.

The Crew Lead will oversee their assigned area, field employee questions, problem solve issues, and ensure their assigned area is appropriately cleaned within the predetermined labor hours.

A safe working environment for all is essential.

Evening shifts, and overnight shifts are available.

Pay is weekly.

Key Requirements:

Demonstrated supervisory experience
Knowledge of janitorial cleaning operations and procedures
Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills

Job Type:
Full-time Wednesday - Sunday during the racing season (Belmont stakes is June 6th - 9th and the Saratoga Racing Season is July 11th - September 2nd)

Compensation:
$20.09 per hour
