With our high school program, you will be prepared for a leadership position at PENNY within 3 years - without a degree.
After successfully completing your 18-month training, you will complete further training as a retail specialist (m/f/d) and then start as a store manager.
You will manage the flow of goods in the store as well as inventory and control.
You will support our customers in the store and assist them actively.
You will work in a strong team and gain first experiences in managing employees.
