Description
General groundskeeping on 6.5 acres in Elgin (mowing, weed eating, fence line maintenance, tree-trimming)

  • Perform routine maintenance indoors and outdoors (lights, doors, leaks)
  • General cleaning and building upkeep (painting, power washing, repairs)
  • Maintain equipment and vehicles (trucks, ATV, mowers, etc.)

Pay:

$17/hour
Hours: 15-20 hours/week
Benefits: Sick leave, PTO, wellness stipend

Requirements:


  • Experience using a zero turn riding lawn mower
  • Experience working in general maintenance/repair capacity
  • Communication and organizational skills
  • Applicant must provide two professional references indicating prior experience and agree to submit to a background check.
