    Looking for recent high school or college grads

    Benefits:

    We are a very rare day camp that provides housing as a part of your compensation. We provide a very comfortable condo with double-occupancy rooms, close to shops, restaurants and outdoor concerts. A Basin Recreation gym membership is included. Food while you're working plus one dinner each week is provided. Up to $300 in travel reimbursement is available for those driving or flying to camp. A $300 end-of-summer bonus will be applied on your last paycheck as a thank you for completing the summer season. Nights and weekends are almost always yours to explore this gorgeous mountain town Plus, get a 4 day weekend in the middle of the summer to celebrate the 4th of July.

    Overview:

    Join the Summer Adventure team in Beautiful Park City, UT and help us create a magical summer for our awesome kids We are seeking enthusiastic individuals with a passion for working with children in an outdoor setting. While our camp is operated by Park City Community Church, we do not have a religious focus. We simply exist to provide top of the line camp experiences to families at an affordable price. Summer Adventure and PCCC are highly supportive of staff regardless of sexual orientation, gender expression, etc.

    Duties:

    Supervise and engage campers in various activities and games
    - Ensure the safety and well-being of all campers
    - Plan and lead group activities, including paddleboarding, hiking, climbing, arts and crafts, STEAM activities, theater, etc.
    - Provide guidance and support to campers to promote positive social interactions
    - Assist in organizing and implementing daily schedules and routines
    - Communicate effectively with campers, parents, and fellow staff members

    Skills:

    Experience working with children
    - Sports coaching or related experience
    - Knowledge of daycare or classroom management practices
    - Previous babysitting experience
    - Familiarity with special education or behavior management techniques
    - Background in theater, early childhood education, or related fields
    - Ability to work with diverse groups of students
