- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 2 years medical administration, including insurance verification and prior authorization experience
- Must be proficient in EMR Systems and Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially over the phone
- Able to work in high-volume, fast-paced enviornment and adapt when needed
- Ability to work well independently, or as a team player when asked
- Works well under pressure and can meet deadlines
- Able to work well with a wide array of contacts, including but not limited to insurance companies, patients, and providers

Job DescriptionPatient Care CoordinatorLHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Patient Care Coordinator for our healthcare client located in Portland. This role will be a contract to hire opportunity and 100% onsite in Northeast Portland, full-time hours. The role will be providing a high level of customer service to patients, insurances, and providers and will be focused on obtaining insurance verifications and prior authorizations for our client's patients. This will be a high-volume role and interested candidates must be comfortable corresponding with a variety of contacts.
