Great Grins for Kids is a pediatric dental office with a fantastic team that provides excellent orthodontic and dental care for children and teens in downtown Oregon City and SE Portland. We are looking for the right person to join our front office team as our Patient Care Coordinator at our SE Portland location who has an awesome personality, can follow guidelines, has great time management, can multi-task, desires to learn, and has a positive attitude
You must have some dental office experience. We would prefer someone with Open Dental experience, but it is not required. You will be confirming appointments, greeting patients, using Open Dental software, making dental appointments, collecting co-payments, checking dental insurance, and answering a multi-line phone. You must be reliable, have good communication skills, organized, and have the desire to be a part of growing our practices.
Your competitive compensation package includes medical insurance, dental benefits, 401k pension, uniform allowance, flexible paid time off and paid sick leave benefits. Salary will depend on experience. Mostly, you benefit from having friends at work that unselfishly help each other out and honor a work-life balance. Full-time hours will be Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:30 or 5pm. This position is mainly for our SE Portland location, however candidate must be willing to work at our Oregon City location if needed.
