    Job Title: Healthcare Business Analyst

    Job Description:

    We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Business Analyst to join our team as a vital liaison between our business operations and technology departments. This role requires a deep understanding of healthcare terminology, particularly in the insurance and reimbursement sectors, including concepts like copays and other payment models.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Liaison Role: Act as the primary point of contact between business operations and technology teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of business needs.
    • Healthcare Focus: Leverage extensive knowledge of healthcare insurance and reimbursement terminology to effectively translate business requirements into technical solutions.
    • Project Management: Focus on the digital call box automation tool, driving solutions that meet the needs of the operations team.
    • Collaboration with Development Teams: Work closely with development teams to address and resolve operational requirements, ensuring the successful implementation of solutions.
    • Agile Environment: Utilize Agile methodologies to manage and execute project tasks efficiently.
    • Testing Environment: Participate in and contribute to the testing environment to ensure robust and error-free solutions.
    • Systems Architecture: Apply a solid understanding of systems architecture to guide development and integration efforts.
    Qualifications:
    • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a business analyst in the healthcare sector.
    • Healthcare Knowledge: Strong understanding of healthcare insurance and reimbursement terminology.
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency with JIRA and familiarity with Agile project management tools and methodologies.
    • Testing & Architecture: Experience in a testing environment and a good grasp of systems architecture.
    • Location: Must be based in Charlotte, NC (CLT) or Dallas, TX.
    • Availability: Available to work through the end of February 2025.
