Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Controller to join our team.

This person must have will have over 5 years of experience in financial management, and a strong familiarity within the construction industry.
As a Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing strategic financial guidance to senior management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daytoday financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to provide insights into company performance.
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to facilitate annual audits and tax filings.
- Monitor cash flow, credit, and investment activities, optimizing financial performance and liquidity.
- Collaborate with project managers and senior management to evaluate project profitability and make informed business decisions.
- Provide strategic financial guidance to support longterm business objectives and growth initiatives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to inform financial strategies and policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.

Pay:
$112, $119,388.00 per year
