    Main Duties & Responsibilities:

    Primary Job Role

    Develop and maintain Finance reports, KPIs, and dashboards using specific reporting languages, tools, and techniques under the direction of the Application Development Manager.

    Develop and maintain ETL processes using specific tools and techniques under the direction of the Application Development Manager.

    In collaboration with Business Intelligence Development Team, manages Report Servers, Data Warehouses and automated reporting.

    Work with Finance Team and Business Intelligence Development Team to review processes and either recommend 3rd party solutions or assist in architecting / developing in house solutions to increase productivity and or correct issues.

    Mentor and assist Company Business Analysts / Power Users in use of the Microsoft Power Platform.

    Performs other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    Education and Experience

    Formal Education Associate Degree or certification equivalent in a related field of study

    Experience 1-2 years

    Required / Credentials

    Able to easily and effectively comprehend written material and communicate orally and in writing with employees and customers.

    Proficient with the Microsoft BI Stack [T-SQL, SSRS, SSIS, Power BI]

    Experience using Microsoft's Power Platform [Power BI, PowerApps, Flow]

    Experience working or educational background in Finance

    Experience working in a Business Analyst role

    Not Required but Highly Desired Criteria

    Basic knowledge of Microsoft Access

    Experience using Visual Studio and SQL Management Studio

    Updating of Knowledge

    Job requirements frequently change requiring re-training once or more per year.
