Is this your mission?

  • Monitoring and processing of incoming meter readings in the team's Outlook mailboxes
  • Scanning and processing of customer self-readings
  • Plausibility check of (received) meter readings in the SAP IS-U delivery and network system
  • Coordination and processing of self-consumption from SWU-owned systems
  • Preparation, execution, and follow-up of weekly billing runs
  • Review and processing of invoice corrections
  • Participation in billing-related projects and measures, as well as implementation of legal requirements (levies, etc.)

What you bring:

  • Completed training as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) or office management clerk (m/f/d)
  • Professional experience in clerical
