    Description

    Crown Automotive Group has an IMMEDIATE opening for an Accounts Receivables Clerk in our corporate accounting office.

    We are looking for a highly motivated team member to join our Accounting department.

    This position requires:

    • Exceptional attention to detail
    • Ability to effectively multitask while still being able to time manage and prioritize responsibilities
    • Accounting experience/knowledge

    Duties include:

    - Processing daily cash receipts and bank deposits from our sales, parts, and service departments.

    - Submitting warranty invoices daily for payment.

    - Submitting parts tickets to an outside resource daily for payment.

    - Reviewing and maintaining various AR schedules

    - End of month posting and reconciling

    - Other Accounting and General Office Duties as per Job Description provided at interview

    This is a full time, fast-paced position in an equally faced paced office environment with multiple store locations that includes a great benefits package.

    Additional requirements include:

    - Accounting Experience is required

    - Dealership experience preferred, but not necessary

    - Proficient in Microsoft Office, strong mathematical skills

    - Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions

    - Must have a strong work ethic, ability to accept direction, interest in learning and being trained, and the ability to work well with others

    - Must be able to meet company's requirements for employment including background check and drug screen
