- Sources, hires, and develops exceptional Team Members
- Facilitates New Hire orientation and devises a training plan for each new hire
- Minimizes losses through strict adherence to cash handling policies, thorough training of Team Members, and compliance with all accounting/banking requirements
- Demonstrates effective labor control, inventory management, and waste reduction
- Enhances the competencies of their team
- Provides learning and development opportunities for all Team Members
- Offers guidance to Team Members
- Consistently displays active and timely coaching abilities
- Facilitates operational development in others through the use of tools
- Minimum of three years of restaurant or retail experience, or a combination of experience and education
- Experience in sales growth, P&L statements, recruitment, and training
- Proven track record of successful recruitment and retention
- Ability to work early mornings, evenings, late nights, weekends, and some holidays when necessary
- ServeSafe Certification
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid Driver's license and vehicle insurance
