On Site Community Manager


Sequoia Management Company (SMC) is seeking an individual with previous Homeowner Association or Condominium experience for an On-Site Community Manager position at Farrcroft Homeowners Association.

The designation of Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) or higher preferred. This community is located in Fairfax, VA, comprised of 270 Homes with an onsite office.

Must be a professional, self-starter, problem solver, organized and have the experience to complete a variety of tasks, including, but not limited to:

  • Supervise/Monitor all vendors onsite, manage work being completed within the community
  • Experience in outdoor maintenance and onsite maintenance requirements
  • Preparation of all Requests for Proposals needed for the association
  • Disclosure/Resale Package Inspections and Processing
  • Facilitate and Conduct All Inspections
  • Ensure all building systems and inspections are completed, tracked, and performed in a timely basis meeting all legal guidelines
  • Conduct daily inspections of common area and coordinate response/maintenance needs
  • Report Directly to SMC Portfolio Manager and Board of Directors
  • Provides support to board of directors and committees established by the board
  • Attend Monthly Board of Directors Meetings and Annual Meeting
  • Monitor all onsite systems to ensure proper maintenance is being performed per the Associations procedures, and policies, to ensure proper maintenance, upkeep, and tracking
  • Maintain and properly organize all association property maintained onsite to include lot files, books and records, and other items needed to maintain the daytoday operations of the association
  • Post all necessary documents to association portal for homeowner visibility
  • Respond to complaints or input from Owners regarding a violation at a property; properties under construction, properties scheduled for hearings, etc.
  • Recommend policies and procedures for compliance for both internal customers and external customers (members).
  • Interacts professionally with the public (members, real estate agents, builders, etc.). Respond to customer calls timely and follow up where applicable to ensure issues are resolved.

Computer Skills:


Salary:
$55, $75,000.00 per year commiserate with experience
