The Association of Sisterhoods of the German Red Cross e.
V. is a nursing professional association and a division of the German Red Cross. Our headquarters in Berlin serves as the umbrella organization for 31 DRK/BRK sisterhoods with 20,000 Red Cross sisters.

We are seeking a versatile, creative, technology-savvy, reliable, and cheerful organizational talent to assist us with the preparation and organization of events.

This position is open to student employees.

We are looking for a dedicated student assistant to support us in the planning and organization of events.

We offer:

Flexible working hours with a compensation of €13.00 per hour. If the legal requirements are met, a student employment contract is possible.

The position is available immediately.

Your tasks:

Your responsibilities will include supporting important aspects of event management:

Scheduling
Assistance with planning service offerings
Invitation management
Communication with speakers and stakeholders
IT support before and during events

Your profile:

We expect you to have a good command of common software programs and to communicate politely in both written and spoken form.
