Human Resources Intern
Summary
This position of Human Resources Intern will provide administrative and project assistance to progress initiatives for various human resource functions.
Essential Job Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities
Assist with projects, which may include policy updates, job description updates, community service initiatives, system maintenance, electronic file management and wellness initiatives.
Support research, development and measurement for initiatives.
Assist with further development of online HR communication options.
Assist with preparation of materials for various employee benefit programs.
Support research and Identification of best practices for attracting qualified talent.
Assist with sourcing, screening and processing candidates for employment.
Maintain confidentiality and data security at all times.
Provide back-up coverage for the receptionist when needed.
Assist with other duties as requested.
Qualifications

Problem solving capabilities necessary to accomplish the duties and tasks of the position.
