Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team.

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take drink orders and provide recommendations based on customer preferences
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages in a timely manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
• Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible serving practices
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food orders for customers seated at the bar
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Bartender preferred
• Strong knowledge of mixology, drink recipes, and beverage presentation
• Excellent sales skills with the ability to upsell and promote specials
• Proficient in pointofsale systems
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
• Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating bills
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
• Exceptional time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members
• Valid TABC Certificate
• Valid Food Handlers Certificate
