Position Summary
We are looking for an awesome Accounting Assistant to join our team


Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Special Projects

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

  • Strong computer aptitude, including QuickBooks, Excel, and Word
  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
  • Exceptional analytical and problemsolving abilities
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
