- Design, Create, Enhance, and Execute data governance processes
- Generate documentation of existing processes, project progress, and forecast expected process changes.
- Proactively manage change control and communicate the impact to stakeholders.
- Create and deliver job aids / training to key stakeholders.
- Apply leadership skills, including communication and change management, to help drive successful implementation and adoption of processes and standards
- Work with cross-functional teams such as data, tech, risk, compliance, legal, and training to create effective solutions
- Designing and leading the production of metrics used to measure efficiency, effectiveness, and risk
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 4 years of experience in Process Management
- At least 2 years experience in Data Management or Data Governance
- 2+ years experience in Project Management
- 2+ years experience with SQL

As a Process Manager, Data Management you will work with extended teams across the enterprise to manage and improve our Data Management processes. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine your process and risk management expertise with your desire to develop knowledge and skills in data-driven technologies at Capital One.
Responsibilities:
The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
New York City (Hybrid On-Site): $103,900 - $118,600 for Principal Process Manager
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
