POSITIONMechanical Assembly Technician POSITION REQUIREMENTSBasic requirements:
- HS diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to read and understand technical information, diagrams, and drawings.
- Mechanical aptitude
- Safe operation of power / hand tools
Ability to learn:
- Sweating, brazing, welding of various alloys.
- Pipe fitting (cutting, threading, assembly)
- Pump assembly
- Motor & panel wiring
- Painting / Packaging
Job responsibilities:
- Pump / system assembly (Pipes, valves, fittings, wiring, testing, etc.)
- Painting / packing units
- Power / hand tool operating
- Assembly prep (gathering all material allocated to a given job as instructed)
- Forklift operating
- Shipping / receiving (includes using UPS worldship)
- Perform routine maintenance & housekeeping in assembly area
- Ability to lift up to 75lbs with / without assistance
- Other duties may be assigned

DAYS / HOURS:
MON-FRI
7:30 a.m - 4:00 p.m (Occasional overtime)
Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour
Work setting:
- Inperson
Experience:
- Assembly: 1 year (preferred)
- Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Folcroft, PA (required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Folcroft, PA: Relocate before starting work (required)
