The Food & Beverage Supervisor assists in the coordination of activities of the Ise-Shima Restaurant and Bar, Room Service and Banquet to maintain and to improve food quality, service and merchandising to affect increased sales and profits


To succeed you need:
Minimum of 3 years previous experience in the job position beneficial. Previous Hotel F&B management/supervisory experience preferred Must have experience directly supervising employees Excellent verbal/written communication and guest service skills Excellent judgement and decision-making skills Must be willing to work a flexible schedule consistent with the needs of the property -Full Time/Part Time
