Overview:
We are seeking an entry level Accounts Receivable Clerk/Collections person to join our team. No Experience Required. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and accuracy are paramount.


Responsibilities:

• Initiate dispute resolutions by acting as the liaison between the customer and the sales department.
• Escalate accounts for resolution when warranted
• Continuous Follow Up
• Internet Billing & Z-Lien Processing
• Establish Credit/Setup new customers in the ERP/CRM system
• Process income and outgoing mail
• Cash Receipts
• Crosstrain for absences and overflow
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalency required
• Highly detail oriented, organized and able to multitask
• Proficient computer skills
• Excellent listening skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
• Ability to work well independently

- "Can-do" person; must be positive and energetic

• Must be a Team Player

Pay:
