    Physical Therapist Duties and ResponsibilitiesWe need a therapist with an attitude toward individualized one on one care for patients and ambition toward developing an elite level of knowledge and skill, including and especially manual therapy skills.Many clinics force their PT's to see 3-4 patients per hour (often simultaneously) and force them to use cookie-cutter one-size-fits-all treatment protocols. This leads to poor outcomes, unhappy patients, and unhappy stressed out disconnected therapists.We pride ourselves at Atlas in helping our therapists gain elite level hand-on skills to help their patients and offer a generous continuing education bonus to facilitate skill building. We don't use aides or assistants and patients keep their same therapist throughout.We work in a beautiful, open, well lit clinic with private treatment rooms and a spacious exercise area. You will have access to a variety of high end specialized exercise equipment for your patients such as pilates reformers and a vertimax trainer as well as a state of the art therapy pool with an underwater treadmill. I also am open to purchasing high end specialized exercise and rehab equipment to suit the training and interests of the therapist that work here.At Atlas, we aim to create the best possible environment and experience for patients and therapists.     Physical Therapist Requirements and Qualifications· Proven work ethic and dedication to patient care throughout the recovery process· Ability to communicate and adapt to different patients and personalities· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written· A high level of professionalism and personal ethics· A thorough knowledge of current treatment practices· A valid license to practice physical therapy· CPR and first aid certification a plus Company Benefits
    • $40/hr pay rate
    • $600/month insurance stipend
    • 3% safe harbor retirement contribution
    • $1,000 continuing education allowance (1st year), $2,450 (subsequent years)
    • $10,000 sign on bonus ($5,000 in first pay period and $5,000 when complete 12 months employment).
    • Very generous profit sharing after the first year
