Responsibilities:

The Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA, LPTA) is responsible for providing treatment, exercise instruction, and patient education to enhance the well-being of the patient according to the established plan of care.

• Following state-specific laws governing physical therapy in home care
• Collaborating with the healthcare team
• Providing therapy within the assistant's scope of practice
