  • Scheduling of employees for testing, service, and on-call duty, updating deployment plans
  • Coordination of commissioning, repairs, maintenance, calibrations, and trainings
  • Worldwide travel organization
  • Customer support during factory acceptance tests
  • Processing of reports, creation of statistics
  • German and English correspondence, preparation of presentation materials
  • Assisting the department with administrative tasks
What do we expect from you?
  • Bachelor of Arts degree or training as a foreign language correspondent (m/f/d)
  • Several years of experience in an assistant role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
  • Conceptual thinking and independent work style
  • Confident and professional demeanor, good team player
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, knowledge of MS Project is a plus
