Description

What can you expect?

  • You identify defects and malfunctions in technical systems and equipment, report them and fix them
  • You configure technical systems and perform maintenance and repair work on heating systems, ventilation systems, swimming pool technology, water central units, outdoor hydrants and water taps
  • You perform functional tests and replace light bulbs in indoor and outdoor areas
  • You take on winter maintenance tasks
  • You are on standby duty

What should you bring?

  • You have completed training as an electrician for energy and building technology / industrial technology (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • You have a good technical understanding and are motivated to familiarize yourself with complex building technology systems
  • You are willing and interested to take on tasks to support the technical management if necessary
  • You participate in planned on-call duty, including technical support and involvement of external specialist companies with manageable time commitments
  • You are willing to participate in further training measures
  • You have a valid driver's license (class B)
