Are you passionate about sales? Then we are looking for you as our Sales Support Representative / Outbound (m/f/d) to join our team.

Key Tasks Acquiring new customers and maintaining existing ones through active outbound calling Scheduling appointments for our sales colleagues with new and existing customers Researching and qualifying projects using our project databases Tracking projects from planning to completion Follow-up on marketing campaigns Maintaining customer contacts, master data, and activities in our CRM systems Using social media to raise awareness and identify business opportunities Participating in specific project work, exchanging ideas and best practices with sales, marketing, and other departments.

Must Have Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and other common CRM systems Solid knowledge of telephone customer acquisition Experience in sales and project business Independent, solution-oriented, and structured way of working Strong communication skills and persuasive abilities on the phone Nice to
