Description
For our newly established business division in timber construction, we are currently looking for a Service / Customer Service Technician (m/f/d) at our location in Wangen for assignments in the D-A-CH region.
Tasks at Geiger
- Plan service / customer service assignments in coordination with the customer service department
- Identify and troubleshoot malfunctions
- Maintenance and repair work
- Order necessary spare parts through purchasing
- Request or assign external service providers in coordination with the customer service department
- Quality control and documentation of service / customer service assignments
We are looking for
- Completed vocational training as a carpenter / joiner (m/f/d)
- Several years of professional experience in a similar field is desirable
- Technical understanding and manual dexterity
- Class B driver's license
- Willingness to travel in the D-A-CH region
- Availability for emergency service assignments, including holidays and weekends
- Team spirit, flexibility, and quality awareness
- Independent, precise, and cost-conscious work ethic
- High level of customer and service orientation
- Your commitment to shaping our new business division in timber construction
