Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Specialist to join Specialized Coating Services, LLC.

Our company, recently acquired by Tide Rock, is in a pivotal moment to have HR help carry our recent wins and develop the infrastructure to support a wonderful organization coating PCBs that go all over the beyond.


The company has just migrated from a PEO relationship to their own benefits, payroll and employees for the first time.

We've gone through our open enrollment and our new ADP Workforce Now is up and running. We're really hoping for someone to help us take it to the next level.


Responsibilities:


  • Oversee employee relations and address employee concerns promptly
  • Utilize ADP Workforce now as the system of record for employee activity.
  • Help establish onboarding/exiting, employee review, employee engagement, training and workers compensation policies, handbook development and procedures.
  • Collaborate with management to develop strategic HR plans
  • Manage the recruitment process.
  • Handle payroll tasks and ensure accuracy in compensation processes

Skills:


  • Strategic planning for sites in California and Massachusetts
  • Employee relations and ability to present to employees
  • Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now
  • Experience with employee evaluation processes
  • Familiarity with recordkeeping
  • Knowledge of human capital management principles
  • Willingness to work with other areas in an office small/production big environment
  • Understanding of payroll procedures and systems
  • Communication ability to work with Corporate consultants/attorneys to receive to accurately convey status and discern information appropriately.
Any bilingual skills in Spanish, Vietnamese, Khmer or Mandarin are all positives, but not required.

Please note, our two facilities are ITAR compliant. Proof of being a "US person" as defined by the regulation is required to enter the facility.


Pay:
$80, $85,000.00 per year

  • Human resources: 2 years (preferred)
