About the Role

Our Team:


As part of our team, you will support the coordination and execution of planning, procurement, and packaging for the Rapid Acting Insulins portfolio at One ICF Supply Chain.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Validation of relevant forecast values from the rolling forecast and their implementation into processes and production orders
  • Creation, development, and provision of an aligned production plan in the shortterm period in SAP and the planning tool Schedule++ for pharmaceutical products within ICF, as well as coordination of these plans with the APU
  • Identification of potential bottlenecks and development of proposals for bottleneck resolution measures
  • Maintenance of capacities and all productionrelated master data, as well as scheduling of process, production, and planning orders in SAP and Kinaxis
  • Continuous monitoring of inventory levels
  • Workflow requirements for all areaspecific materials
  • Demand determination for COGS materials and proactive stocking (BANF) at the right time and in the right quantity
  • Ensuring an economical short, medium, and longterm production planning (Pattern Wheel Planning / setup and changeover times)
  • Support with KPI reporting
  • Participation in FaCT to prioritize releases to ensure supply in the logistics chain
  • Communication with internal colleagues and departments in logistical interface processes (e.g. Quality, APU colleagues)
  • Participation in APT/Production routines
  • Conducting the annual inventory

Education and Experience:

  • Completed commercial education
