- Engage effectively with project management, field teams, and trade partners to confirm sequencing and durations.
- Communicates effectively with diverse stakeholders, both orally and in writing.
- Suggests practical adjustments to improve workflow or clarity of outputs.

- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture or Engineering is preferred, but strong work experience will be considered.
- Minimum 5 years of commercial construction experience with 2-3 years scheduling experience.
- Solid background in construction trades and technical knowledge.
- Proficiency with scheduling software including P6, Microsoft Project (Microsoft Office Products), and/or Phoenix PM. Exposure to BIM/VDC teams on 4D and 5D schedules is a plus.
- Regular workdays and hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30AM - 4:30PM.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk or hear; climb stairs and/or ladders and walk on uneven ground.
- This position will commute locally to an office or project site with occasional regional travel.
