- Assist in the development of financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
- Analyze financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying key variances and trends.
- Provide recommendations to optimize financial performance and resource allocation.
- Prepare regular financial reports and dashboards for management review.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear and concise manner.
- Monitor and analyze costs across various departments and business units.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
- Work with department heads to develop cost reduction strategies while maintaining quality and service levels.

- Prepare annual industry surveys
- Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and analysis as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in the professional services industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Excel. Experience with financial planning software, such as Workday Adaptive Planning is desired
- Some familiarity with programming languages, such as SQL and Python, is a plus
- General understanding of GAAP accounting
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
