Bonuses & Pay Increases:

$100 Bonus (after completion of 1 full calendar month with no attendance issues

Monthly $1 pay increase (if they have 0 attendance issues and no complaints the previous month, and 75% of jobs with 5 star reviews)

• Pay starts at $15.00 an hour, & MILEAGE REIMBURSEMENT

Requirements for the Job

• Must be able to arrive at office at 7:45AM on days scheduled to work
• Scheduled work days are Monday-Friday and/or Weekends
• Must be 18 or over
• Positive attitude
• Well groomed, and presented
• Up to date registration for vehicle being used
• Must have a truck, or cargo van to transport carpet cleaning device (we supply the device)
• Reliable transportation that can be used throughout the day
• Valid Driver's license
• Insurance that covers employee as the drive of vehicle being used
• Must be able to fluently understand and speak English
• Must be able to pass nationwide background check
• Authorized to work in the United States

Physical requirements The following is a list of physical requirements all employees must be able to perform. Failure to perform any one of the listed requirements will result in the inability to complete jobs.

• Walking
• Bending at the waist and knees
• Squatting
• Positioning body on hands and knees
• Reaching and stretching
• Climbing up and down a ladder
• Standing for long periods of time
• Pushing a heavy carpet cleaner
• Climbing stairs
• Lifting up to 50 pounds
• Carrying all issued supplies
• Cleaning sofas/furniture with upholstery cleaning device
