$15 - $18 hourly


Responsibilities:


  • Compete with others in the real estate industry by producing highquality print and digital marketing materials
  • Deliver conciergelevel customer service to sellers, buyers, and lenders, to improve customer satisfaction ratings
  • Take part in employee development programs to strengthen existing skill sets in real estate administration
  • Notify transaction participants when a deadline is approaching
  • Assist the real estate team in facilitating local events to foster connection to people in the neighborhood
  • Fill out all appropriate paperwork and file in the customer database to assist the real estate team in closing deals
  • Achieve company objectives and regularly compile a progress report to present to the team
  • Plan travel arrangements, open houses, final walkthroughs, and other necessary engagements

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Communicates well, both verbally and written
Previous Administrative Experience
