- Conduct Build 2 Lead Pathway to Success Series programs in-school, afterschool, and during the GameChangers summer learning academy. Topics cover social and emotional leadership, mission and vision development, college and career readiness, financial literacy, and peer mentorship training.
- Recruit students for community-based/afterschool opportunities in civic engagement, workforce development, entrepreneurship modules, and mentorship programs.
- Monitor and record student key performance indicators to track progress.
- Participate in workforce development certification trainings.
- Assist in student needs assessments.
- Connect students with resources from B2L partner organizations.
- Conduct monthly check-in sessions with students to monitor their progress.
- Attend school meetings with key leaders and program partners, establish connections with community partners, and actively participate in B2L team meetings.
- Meet monthly with key partners to discuss shared students and partnership progress.
- Support the coordination of B2L Legacy events.
- Recruit participants and presenters for B2L Legacy events.

Job Description
Reporting to the Program Manager, the Youth Training and Recruitment specialist works at Federal Way Public Schools to facilitate the "Pathway to Success Series." This role involves overseeing various in-school and community-based projects. As a full-time employee, you will primarily focus on delivering Build 2 Lead's "Pathway to Success Series" curriculum both virtually and in-person.
