The Children & Youth department offers a wide range of educational and care services in 26 facilities throughout Hamburg.

Our youth facilities cover the entire range of youth welfare services: we offer open, low-threshold counseling, educational and leisure activities. We advise and support young people and families in special life situations with individual social and spatial individual case assistance.

In the Youth Apartment Dieselstrasse in Barmbek-Nord, we provide ambulatory care for young refugees according to §30 SGB VIII with a professional team. The youth apartment is located in a very centrally located new building and offers space for nine clients and the care office; an apartment for the internal caregiver is located in the same building. The care is ambulatory, there is no shift work.

We are looking for a Social Pedagogue (m/f/d) to start on June 1, 2024 or as soon as possible for 28 hours per week, permanent.
