// iFast Operations Specialist (Dispatcher/Route Planner) (m/f/d) in vehicle logistics

/Tasks

  • Planning and coordination of national and international transports to dealers and storage locations with a focus on efficient utilization, cost-effectiveness and legal requirements
  • Independent assignment of routes to different trucks and drivers
  • Management and monitoring of compliance with working and driving hours in accordance with legal regulations
  • Comparison of inventory with delivery orders and various IT systems
  • Support in creating reports and KPI management
  • Creation and archiving of various documents, such as freight documents, loading lists, damage reports, driving reports
  • Preparation of travel expense reports for drivers
