SPECIAL ATTENDANT

REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to drive and have reliable transportation,
Must have 36 months' experience as provider or caregiver. Preferably
C N A
Will work in all areas serviced by the company,
Will work on weekends and holidays, as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in preventing service break on client's service by filling in for sick/absent PCA,
Start care to a new client or work to an established client until a regular attendant is put in place or regular attendant returns to work,
Maximum work is 39.5 hours/week.
Other duties as assigned.
