As a Front Desk at Osman Engineering PLLC, you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and contributing to a positive and professional atmosphere.


Key Responsibilities:

Greeting and Welcoming Visitors:


  • Warmly greet all visitors, clients, and employees as they arrive at the office.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and ensure their needs are met promptly.

Answering and Directing Phone Calls:

  • Manage incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Direct calls to the appropriate person or department and take messages as needed.

Scheduling Appointments and Meetings:


  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  • Communicate scheduling details to relevant parties and ensure all arrangements are in place.

Booking Services:


  • Assist clients in booking engineering services and consultations.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams to schedule appointments and site visits according to client needs.

Administrative Support:


  • Provide general administrative support, including photocopying, faxing, and filing.
  • Assist with the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations as needed.

Managing Mail and Deliveries:


  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages to the appropriate recipients.
  • Prepare outgoing mail and packages for pickup or delivery.

Maintaining Reception Area:


  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed.

Assisting with Special Projects:


  • Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management or other departments.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Pay:
$ $17.29 per hour
