Your responsibilities with us:

  • You will develop the HR strategy and sustainable organizational structure for the International Corporate Clients business unit
  • You will analyze HR processes, create transparency, and make suggestions for improvement and the use of analysis and tools
  • You will plan and manage training measures and innovative development management, especially for management levels
  • You will develop concepts and manage their implementation to increase employee retention rates
  • You will design compensation strategies and structures for employees
