We are currently seeking technical employees for our location in Kannapolis, NC to join our team in a permanent full-time or part-time position, starting as soon as possible.
The ideal candidates will have completed a technical education or have relevant work experience in the fields of mechatronics, energy technology, or similar professions.
TRICERA energy specializes in the development, construction, and operation of medium (>100 kWh) to large (>2 MWh) battery storage systems and operates both nationally and internationally.
Our greatest achievement, however, is our amazing team, which now consists of nearly 80 employees.
We have significantly influenced the battery industry in recent decades and place great value on flat hierarchies and fair treatment among colleagues.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting electrical commissioning of our battery storage systems and major components (inverters, transformers) in the low and medium voltage range
- Assisting with commissioning, maintenance, and necessary service tasks
- Operating the software tools required for system operation and switching routines
- Training and onboarding of our external service staff
