Job Overview:
WJB Bearings Inc. is a bearing company experiencing rapid growth in all markets.

We are currently seeking an HR Specialist to perform functions:

• Follow and improve current Company HR work procedures.
• Manage the full cycle of payroll processing, including data entry, Timesheet and vacation reconciliation, and reporting.
• Maintain employee records and assist with benefit enrollment and questions, including insurances and retirement programs.
• Develop and implement affirmative action plans to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
• Provide other administrative support to upper management

Skills:

• Proficient in payroll processing
• Manage benefits administration for employees
• Familiarity with CA compliance requirements
• Ability to handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality and professionalism
• Strong administrative skills, including data entry, filing, and document preparation
• Handle conflict management and resolution within the organization

Job Types:

Pay:
From $50,000.00 per year


Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
• Proven experience in human resources roles
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
