Minimum Qualifications


Applicants must:


  • Have a valid Bachelor's degree
    or have a valid high school diploma or GED equivalency supplemented by some college course work and considerable progressive human resources experience.
  • Have prior experience working in an office environment performing human resources related duties.
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate clearly and concisely, orally and in writing.
  • Be able to independently plan and schedule time to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Be able to analyze and successfully resolve technical and administrative problems.
  • Have prior experience providing customer service.

Desirable Qualifications


Preferred applicants:


  • Have prior experience in Human Resources, particularly with preemployment background investigations, HRMS database entry, and new employee onboarding.
  • Are proficient in the use and operation of HRMS systems, preferably Oracle eBusiness Suite.
  • Have prior experience in the development, implementation and maintenance of processes and procedures.
