To support our team, we are looking for a
student assistant (m/f/d) in fundraising starting immediately.


ZuBaKa stands for
Zukunftsbaukasten (Future Building Blocks): We are a
non-profit social enterprise and implement language-sensitive educational projects for
immigrant children and teenagers in schools and neighborhoods in the Rhine-Main area and the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region.


You will:
contribute to advancing the topic of fundraising.


Your tasks will include:


  • Researching public funding and foundation grants
  • Reviewing calls for proposals
  • Creating and maintaining a database of funding opportunities
  • Writing short texts and assisting with grant applications
  • Participating in the management, expansion, and optimization of fundraising campaigns on our social media channels (e.g. blog posts and other activities on social media channels)

What you should bring:


  • Enrolled student
  • Excellent research and communication skills
  • Preferably experience with fundraising and acquisition
  • Good computer skills
  • Thorough, detailed, and independent work style
  • Sociability and openness
  • Fluent in spoken and written German
  • Enthusiasm to be part of
