- Manage a portfolio of key accounts, building strong relationships and serving as the main point of contact
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our executive search services to existing clients
- Develop account plans and strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of executive search projects
- Provide exceptional customer service and support, resolving any client issues or concerns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to better understand client needs and provide valuable insights.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales or account management experience, specifically in the executive search or recruitment industry
- Track record of successfully managing and growing client accounts
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
