Job Description:
As a Program Management Leader, you will oversee programs spanning various workstreams, including product development, third-party vendor management, and end-to-end cross-functional program deliverables.
You will play a crucial role in managing multiple project initiatives within the program, fostering strategic relationships, and driving results by applying lean and data-driven processes to achieve operational excellence.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead overall program management, ensuring efficiency in achieving goals and objectives, overseeing SOW creation, approval processes, and execution.
Manage multiple workstreams, cross-workstream dependencies, change management, escalation management, risk management, and resolution.
Drive new product development programs, vendor relationship management, and execution within Global Cloud Acceleration Initiatives.
Possess a deep understanding of the financial data associated with the program, including ongoing measurement against operating plans, financial tracking, fund and credit management, and investment forecasting.
Utilize disciplined approaches to monitor progress through effective information dashboards for project execution, progress against plan, quality and regulatory compliance, status review calls, escalation reporting, and stakeholder reporting.
Align programs/projects with the engineering team and third-party vendors based on contractual agreements and provide best practices methodologies to optimize operational metrics, ensuring the highest standard of quality, efficiency, and timely delivery.
Identify areas for improvement in overall program initiatives and processes, develop initiatives to address these areas, and collaborate with the leadership team to execute and optimize these initiatives swiftly and effectively.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and vendor partners, addressing issues rapidly and comprehensively, either through direct action or by involving relevant parties and ensuring problems are fully resolved.
Provide thoughtful leadership, strategic insight, and clear communication (both written and verbal) to the team.Technical Expertise:
Subject Matter Expert (SME) with Agile practices and product management and engineering execution tools (e.g., Rally, Aha, Jira, Confluence).
Good understanding of Healthcare products, IT product development, and deployment processes.
Facilitate and coach Operations personnel and Project Managers on quality project execution.
Knowledgeable about project delivery and business operations.
Excellent communication skills for influencing leaders and creating PowerPoint presentations.
Resolve issues related to scope, schedule, and budget, and drive change management.
